COVID-19: What a Pain in the Neck

Okay, maybe not literally.  But maybe you’ve been experiencing some neck and shoulder tension over the past several weeks.

During this time of COVID-19, there have been many shifts and changes from our “normal routine” in life.  Maybe now you’re working from home, stress levels have increased, or even sleep habits and patterns have changed. Though we cannot physically be of service to our clients during this time of social distancing, we can spread our knowledge without spreading germs! The combination of acupressure, massage, stretches and exercises can help alleviate the pain or discomfort experienced by tension in these areas.  Check out these tips and tricks below that you can try at home!
