Enjoy your own amazing retreat experience in Yelapa, Mexico- an hour long boat ride from easy-to-reach Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy the lush beauty of Los Naranjos Retreat for 6 days and 5 nights, and light up your senses with the abundance of nature all around and magnificent starry skies above. Options abound for yoga practice, on a platform over a small river flowing from the nearby whispering waterfall; in the garden sand circle; and on the gorgeous nearby beaches.
Excursions add richness and depth to the experience- hiking through fascinating jungle landscapes with experienced and knowledgeable guides, natural mountain pool swimming, snorkeling with schools of colorful fishes, whale watching, yoga and meditation on a pristine beach, and other spontaneous delights that occur as we go with the flow. You will also enjoy peaceful nights sleeping in an open-air palapa and savor delicious and nutritious meals lovingly prepared by the attentive staff at this unique eco-retreat. Our hosts at Los Naranjos contribute their varied expertise- including ecology, circus performance, music, dance, and traditional medicine- providing spontaneous enrichment throughout, while the ever-fabulous Suzanne Marquardt facilitates sessions of yoga, meditation, and writing that provide opportunities for epiphany and the clearing away of barriers (mental, physical, or emotional) that have diverted or distracted on your life journey. You will be provided opportunity for expansion of your yoga practice (from whatever level you are practicing- beginners welcome!) to come away from this refreshing experience with greater clarity and overall vitality to move forward in your everyday life. |
