Inspired by teachers, peers, students and her own personal experience, yoga has been a blessing in Trisha’s world. Certified in 2016 as a 200 hour RYT, Trisha’s yoga journey is one of self-exploration. Learning to accept her own physical injuries and limitations on and off the mat, and finding compassion or Ahimsa toward oneself and fellow practitioners has been incredibly beneficial. Yoga helps to reduce and quiet “fluctuations of the mind” of which we all suffer, and provides calm in a world of change.
Trisha’s yoga style varies depending on the needs of the class on a given day. Catering to a mixed level yoga class is always a challenge, but working with gentle warmups, gentle vinyasa flow, and cool down is her usual approach. Her spirit is entering this journey of teaching yoga with gratitude, compassion, and a desire to share this beautiful practice with the world.
