Taylor originally came to yoga to find balance in his life and quickly felt the transformation from meditation, asana practice, and living from the heart. "Being on the mat allows the space to comprehend challenges of life and manifest it into movement of the body and stillness of the mind, in order to vibrate the soul at a higher frequency," he says. "To sort through the darkness and struggles and shape it into light, truth, and love."
Taylor graduated from the College of Purna Yoga, with a 200 Hour Level Certification. He studied directly from world renowned Yoga Master, Aadil Palkhivala and his team of certified teachers. His practice focuses on safety and proper alignment to achieve a lifetime of healthy and balanced asana practice. Taylor's passion for yoga overflows to his students. He is always encouraging and likes to challenge others, yet is gentle in his approach. Taylor is genuinely interested in helping each student feel more alive in his/her body; trusting yoga as the answer to both physical and psychological well-being.
