CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
You may cancel an appointment 24 hours prior to service with no financial penalty, with a maximum of 2x/month.
Cancellation more than 2x/month or with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of up to half of the service missed.
In the event of cancellation with less than 3 hours' notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. Cancel and reschedule fees will be charged to the card on file. No further appointments can be scheduled until balance is paid in full.
