With the New Year there have been many exciting changes at Maya.
We would like to welcome back Marilee Veniegas & Nancy Ayala, as well as introduce Lilah Matthews and Sarah Jordan to the Maya community. In addition, we have added a few new classes and changed things up a bit. Check out the new class schedule on our new website!
Sarah Jordan Nancy Ayala Lilah Matthew
Sarah teaches asana and pranayama as practices for lifelong physical and
mental health. Her classes focus on joint health, symmetry, and whole body strengthening. Sarah will be teaching the following classes:

Nancy is an innovator in the field of yoga/Pilates and mind/body transformation. Her unique personal approach -both intuitive and steeped in the tradition of yoga- pulls from eastern and western disciplines. Nancy teaches the following classes:

Lilah began her Pilates practice as a professional-track ballet student. She teaches barre and Pilates in Seattle as well as at Maya. Lilah will be teaching the following classes:
