The class is motivating and gives me confidence and awareness to do the exercises correctly. I like that Kristen is very picky about posture and individual muscle contractions, as I learn so much more and progress more often each class. Wonderful as always! My favorite class of the week. This class met my expectations as a basic yoga class for beginners. Alec was very clear and patient with what is expected to perform the best for oneself. He offered an outside recommendation to me, which was more ankle support and therapy.
